7. Pressure Application: After the label is placed, a pressure roller or similar mechanism may be used to smooth out the label and remove any air bubbles or wrinkles.
8. Conveyor Advancemen: Once the labels are applied, the conveyor continues to move the product forward, allowing the adhesive to set and the labels to adhere properly.
9. Automation and Control: The entire process is automated and controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC) or a computer system that manages the speed, positioning, and synchronization of the labeling process.
10.Product Exit: After the labels are applied, the product moves out of the labeling station and continues on the production line for further processing or packaging.
11. Error Handling: The machine is equipped with error detection systems that can identify issues such as label misplacement, missing labels, or product jams and take corrective actions.
